He got injuries and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A case FIR No. 153, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the statement of Ramesh chander R/o # 1536, village Burail, Chandigarh against Suba Singh driver of Bus No. UK07PA-3008. Due to negligence of bus driver complainant fell down from the bus near chowk Sector 20/3032/33 and got injuries. He was admitted in GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A case FIR No. 84, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-Maloya, Chandigarh on the statement of Sonu resident of Sector-25, Chandigarh against driver of unknown vehicle who hit and run to complainant’s motorcycle No.CH01AU-6051 near Sector25/38 light point. Complainant and two other occupants of motorcycle got injuries and admitted in GMSH-32, Chandigarh. One victim namely Akahay was died during treatment. Investigation of the case is in progress.
