CHANDIGRH CRIME ; 15 FEB ; A Case FIR No. 14 date 9.02.2017, U/S 307, 34 IPC added 302 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Adamya Singh R/0 Village Kalontha, P.S. Jubbal, Distt. Shimla (HP) against Balraj Singh Randhawa R/o # 55, Akal Ashram Colony Sector-77, Sohana, Mohali (PB) and Harmehtab Singh R/o back side Hunter Zone, Radewala Farm, Landra, Mohali(PB).
Sincere efforts are being made to nab the accused. Today, Anticipatory bail application of Harmehtab Singh @ Freed has been dismissed by Hon’b|e Court of Sh Balbir Singh, Session Judge, Chandigarh as Chandigarh Police opposed the same strongly.
Moreover, 25 raiding parties have been sent to different places to raid all the possible hideouts of the culprits in the try city as well as outside the try city. The investigation of this case is being conducted on merits under the close supervision of senior officers. Police teams are working round the clock to nab the culprits.
