On the Occasion Mr. Kamaljit Singh Panchhi said that
water is a basic necessaity of every living human beings and so it deserves an
equal humane treatment. Moving ahead for the same, He declared that this
season, all the traders and their families will celebrate Holi without water. “we will put Tilak to each other and

Mr. Panchhi appeals to all Traders and Public of Chandigarh
that in this holi let everyone say no to these harmful colors, and instead of
use natural colors made from flowers, leaves and herbs. These may costa little
more than the synthetic colors, but then what are few more rupees in comparison
to our good health, skin and safety.
