I.O. D.C. GOLFING IS ORGANIZED TWO DAYS TOUR IN CITY BEAUTIFUL
CHANDIGARH ; 2OTH DEC ; ALPHA NEWS INDIA ;—-Indian Oil Durapave Chandigarh Golfing Tour 2018 is organized as two days event on 20-21December 2018. The first day tournament was held at Chandigarh Golf Club, TODAY.
In all there were 156 Participants, only of Which 37 are NRI. The tournament was held on handicap calculated on double Peoria system. This is to create level playing field as the players are from different places.
The competition is confined to handicap from 0-10 and 11 above. In both these categories Winner and Runner Up prizes will be awarded to Gross and Net. In addition prize for Longest drive and Nearest to the Pin is also there.

The Longest Drive was claimed by Manav Gupta and Nearest to Pin winner is Capt. G S Ghumman, he hit the ball 5 feet 6 inches away from the Pin.
The second leg will be held at Panchkula Golf Club on 21st December 2018.
